Where Education and Job are integrated

The world economy is facing one of the greatest challenges of all times: the challenge of "Changes" and "Innovations". Change and innovation in the way we produce and use energy. Change and Innovation in the way we manufacture and use industrial machinery and transportation vehicles. Change and Innovation in the way we produce and process our foods. Change and innovation in the way we use the resources of our planet, and most importantly, Change and Innovation for a better future.

But positive "Changes" and "Innovations" do not happen by chance. Somewhere, somehow, someone has to make it happen, and we are determined to be among the frontrunners of "Changes" and "Innovations" to provide the world with a better and sustainable economic system. Our first change and innovation must be in the way we educate our professionals.

Professional education must never stop, but continuing. However, in order to keep professionals studying, we must bring forth an educational system where study and job are integrated.

In order to achieve this goals universities must run their campuses along with their work facilities. Green Technology University will be the first educational institution to run campuses along with work facilities.

Green Technology University will start with four professional careers: Renewable Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Organic Agriculture and Food Processing and Nutrition.

I. Renewable Energy Engineering

Objective

Provide sustainable energy solutions essential to the good performance of the world economy.

Program

The program is divided in two phases: Research and Development and Production.

Phase one: Research and Development

Every country or region has enormous amounts of natural resources of great energetic value that can be used within a sustainable energy production program.

Renewable Energy Research and Development includes:

  • Research and Development of Solar Photovoltaic Energy Components and Systems
  • Research and Development of Solar Thermal Energy Components and Systems
  • Research and Development of Wind Energy Systems
  • Research and Development of Geothermal Energy Components and Systems
  • Research and Development of Ocean Thermal Energy Components and Systems
  • Research and Development of Wave Energy Components and Systems
  • Research and Development of Tidal and Tidal Stream Components and Energy Systems
  • Research and Development of Hydropower Components and Systems
  • Research and Development of Bio-Energy Products and Systems

Phase two: Production

We strongly believe that "Job" is essential to the economy of every nation in the world. Colleges and universities should not simply prepare professionals and then send them to nowhere in an economic system where jobs are getting scarcer. Also, we advocate for colleges and universities to implement production units for every academic discipline to provide job opportunities to their professionals. That will revolutionize the world education system. But revolution does not come by itself. Somewhere and somehow, some institution has to initiate it. And Green Technology University (GTU) is determined to bring forth an integrated "Education ¨C Job" system by connecting its campuses to production facilities that will be owned and operated by the university.

Renewable Energy Production includes:

  • Manufacturing of Solar Photovoltaic Energy Components and Systems
  • Manufacturing of Solar Thermal Energy Components and Systems
  • Manufacturing of Wind Energy Components and Systems
  • Manufacturing of Geothermal Energy Components and Systems
  • Manufacturing of Ocean Thermal Energy Components and Systems
  • Manufacturing of Wave Energy Components and Systems
  • Manufacturing of Tidal and Tidal Stream Energy Components and Systems
  • Manufacturing of Hydropower Components and Systems
  • Manufacturing of Bio-Energy Products and Systems

II. Mechanical Engineering

Objective

Provide sustainable mechanical solutions essential to the good performance of the industrial sector of the economy.

Program

The program is divided in two phases: Research and Development and Production.

Phase one: Research and Development

  • Research and Development of Industrial Machinery
  • Research and Development of Electric Vehicles Components

  • Research and Development of New Electric Trains

Provide sustainable agricultural solutions essential to the nutrition of the billions of inhabitants of our planet.

Program

The program is divided in two phases: Research and Development and Production.

Phase one: Research and Development

Research and Development include:

  • Soil Management and Conservation
  • Crop Physiology
  • Crop Cultivation
  • Livestock Production
  • Pest Management
  • Agroforestry
  • Human Nutrition

Phase two: Production

We strongly believe that "Job" is essential to the economy of every nation in the world. Colleges and universities should not simply prepare professionals and then send them to nowhere in an economic system where jobs are getting scarcer. Also, we advocate for colleges and universities to implement production units for every academic discipline to provide job opportunities to their professionals. Provide sustainable processing solutions essential to conserve food without destroying its vitamin contents essential to the nutrition of human being.

Program

The program is divided in two phases: Research and Development and Production

Phase one: Research and Development

Research and Development include:

  • Human Nutrition
  • General Chemistry
  • Organic Chemistry
  • Biology
  • Food Ingredient Technology
  • Food Processing
  • Food Packaging
  • Food Processing
  • Food Supplements and Vitamins Technology

Phase two: Production
